Meet Dr. Kelsey

Co-Owner & Founder of The Movement Lab + Sports and Rehab Chiropractor

Growing up in Wisconsin, I was always doing some type of sport or activity to stay active. It all changed when in 5th grade, I dislocated my knee playing football. This is when I truly discovered the benefit of chiropractic care. All other doctors told me I’d never run or play sports again. That’s when we found a chiropractor, rehabbed my knee, and went on to becoming an All-State linebacker and All-Region running back in football. That was my "lightbulb moment"—I knew then that I wanted to help others the way chiropractic helped me.

If your active or have aspirations of doing active things, with an injury, chronic pain, or you just want to get better overall, I’m here to help with a customized care plan that’s all about you.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me exercising, hiking/trail running, or outside with my wife (the other Dr. Krier, of course 😉) and our pup, Oakley. Besides doing activities I love reading, camping, and cheering on the Dawgs (go Dawgs) and Packers (Go Pack Go). I’m also deeply involved in our church and community, desiring to build awareness and action around movement and make relationships here in the surrounding areas.

I take great pride in making sure every patient feels welcomed and supported through their whole time with us. I truly believe everyone has the potential to feel, look, and perform their very best and I’m here to support you every step of the way on your journey to better health. So, lets get started!
